problem with logging in and adding accounts

Hello, I have a problem with the bot. I try to log in to the account and nothing happens, but when I turn it off and on again, it shows up, but there is logging in the log..
I added one account via SSO but I can't add any more. I have these accounts for over 6 years. please help. and one more question: why can I only import one account? because if I want to add more, I only enter this one account.
I found an error the account cannot be added error the given key was not present in the dictionary this may happen if the network connection is unavailable or server off. guys please help
