Upgrading treasure and master

after setting as above, guild treasure and master are not upgrading, they are still at level 0, why?

Hey there,

because you set it to "group skill".

Group skill = Your whole guild skill level
Own skill = Your personal skill level

Your guild skill level is probably already beyond lvl 3 and therefore the bot doesn't need to upgrade anything. Set it to "own skill" and you should be good to go.

I just checked and it's working for me. The bot usually tends to upgrade before a long city guard. Did you let the bot run long enough?

But does bot upgrade it only before a long city guard? what if I would like to use 1 hour city guard only?

Sorry, that was a mistake on my part.

The bot will upgrade it before any city guard, as long as you've got enough resources

unfortunately I was happy too quickly
some accounts have been upgraded, some are still at level 0,
all accounts have the sane settings, all have got enough resources, no money saving
also if I used 1 hour city guard - upgrade doesn't work (so far)
what's the problem?
