Game nick error

Could you help me, please?

I have a problem with a character nick, nothing related to the bot.

I play in a fused server and both the bot and mobile app recognize the character with no problem, but not the browser game. I tried signing in from different internet browsers, but it doesn´t recognise it.

I asked in my guild and there are more cases of this.
