A change to automatic enchant

Currently automatic enchant of items seems to enchant items that are in your inventory (dunno if it enchants items you have equipped or not since I did those manual when I first hit 66) anyways it's wasting gold on enchanting items that are in your inventory since it enchants items that are even worse than what you have currently equipped which is pointless, so what I propose it to change the item enchant to only enchant items that are only equipped on your character or items that are only seen as better than your current equipment in the inventory to enchant it before the bot equips it.
