[4.6.2.0] Bot does not gather resources at fortress

It is pretty strange. According to logs bot gathered resources properly but stopped after restart. I changed only pet settings like earth=13 were replaced earth=12.
Anyway tried Acc.ini from backup folder
And both versions do not collect resources for me. Windows UI and linux x64 console

After cityguard bot started to gather resources again.
Time of gathering is different. On old version difference was like 10-15 seconds between accounts. Now it is bigger. And aligned to cityguard.
