Problem with CrawlerNG Update 20.01.2018

Hello,
I have problem with CrawlerNG i cant even start it, everytime i want to start it, immedietly it says "Program has stopped working" i tried everything, reinstalling about a 10 times, turned off antivirus and even Windows Firewall..
