I have installed MFBot on my Raspberry pi 3 and everytime i try to start it i get this message

Does anything happen after that messages? They aren't any error or something like that. These are simple debug messages which helped us in the past to detect some bugs regarding raids. But the bot should do the work for your account after this.
Optionally you could change the minimum log level from debug in info in your Acc.ini

After that message nothing happens it stays like that.
If it works, should it say like starting quest or something ?

Yes it would. Can you show us your acc.ini without name, password etc.?
