How do I post a bug correctly / How do I ask for help correctly?

Hello everyone,
in order to be able to answer your questions and deal with bug reports more efficiently in the future, we would like to ask you to consider the following checklist:
1. Has the bug already been reported / Has the question already been answered?
Before you create a thread, please check the sub-forums to see if your problem/question has already been dealt with. Please, do also use the search function in the top right corner.
2. Creating a thread
Please create separate threads for separate bugs. Questions can be posted collectively.
Subject: Short and precise description of the problem/question (makes it easier to find it via the search function).
Bot version: Which bot version are you using?
Description: It is important that you describe the question/bug in such a way that we can fully understand it and, if necessary, reproduce it. Additional information such as whether it worked with earlier bot versions, what the bot should actually do, whether the problem only occurs with you, what changes you have already made, etc. will help us.
It's best to follow the principle: What doesn't work how and when?
Please keep in mind: The faster we can understand your questions/problems or reproduce the bug, the faster we can help you or fix the bug.
3. Settings / Logs / Event logs
It depends on the content of your thread, but in general it is always a good idea to upload the settings and logs (in case of a crash the event log) related to your problem anonymously. You can find a guide in the posts below.
