Can someone explain to me how to use the better items section and how it works? What the "criteria too bad" selection does?
Sometimes it seems to me that the bot performs very dumb choices in equipping items.

sorry for the late reply. In most cases you can pretty much ignore the better-items-section. By marking an item as "Criteria too bad" and clicking on "Report better item as wrong" in the middle bottom you can report a wrong calculation which will help us improve the calculation for the items.

I think you are rather looking for settings -> character -> automatically equip better items

Here you can define the minimum improvement in % from which the bot will equip items.
