I don't know why, but for a long time the bot doesn't want to enchant items at the witch

Unfortunately I have the Polish version and I do not know how to change it to English, so I apologize for this inconvenience, and in the logs there is nothing interesting except for fighting in dungeons and doing guard duty

This option enables you to exclude all items you don't want to enchant. Meaning, every item you selected, will not be enchanted.
