Random arena attacking from Hall of Fame

The current Arena option only attacks players from the Suggested oppeonents or from Favourite opponents.
Can you somehow make another option, so the bot will search a random Opponent from Hall of Fame with a self customized win rate, f.e. 70% and attack him? To climb the ladder and also fill up Album as bonus.
