Are you sure that you're using version 5.4.2.0? The attached files only include messages from version 5.4.1.
If so, could you please also send us the logs from version 5.4.2?

Also: Please note that particularly the times you can't access via browser client are not a problem caused by the bot, but rather one that the new game backend servers have.
