W53 Working problem

Hello

I've got problem with using bot on w53 server.

All the time I get error

Warn Core Failed to communicate with the game server. (Server disruption?)
Warn Core Details: The response of the game server was empty.
Warn Core I'll wait 30 seconds and try again..

And it keep repeating..

Tried using other ver. of app, also tried to readd account on fresh app.

Is there any solution for this problem?

Hey,

this issue means that the bot can't reach the game server of your account. It could happen because of issues on Playas side but it could also happen because of some issues with your server. Can you check, if you can manually ping the servers url, like "ping w53.sfgame.net" ?

Pinging looks ok.

The solution for it I found:

I have to wait for 60 mins, logout bot manualy using the button
Then I have to login and it will work for circa 5-10 mins and error happens again.

That's really strange. Do you have another account on any other server and can check if it works?

I don't have any other accounts on it

Every other server works fine, even the newest one.

checked on my laptop

still same problem

I found a solution.

Maybe it will somehow be helpful for you or someone.

If the bot sends these messages you have to login to your account and wait for 5 mins.

Then bot "unstucks" and does everything as it should.

This message will come back in like 2 hours, but just relog to your account in SF app and everything is fine lol.
