Upgrade anything except gem mine

Is there way i could make that gem mine wouldnt be upgraded after lvl 1? Thanks for any reply
Why do you write the same post twice, creating unnecessary confusion and spamming the forum? Here: viewtopic.php?t=3514
There are two solutions: turn off building upgrades in "Fortress"
or
Stronghold -> Building upgrades -> check Upgrade in custom order
You choose what to improve and what not. Just think and don't spam the same posts.
