Bot error disruption?

Could you help me, please?

I have an account that doesn´t work on the bot for a week now. It only gathers wood/stone.

The message In the account log:

Failed to communicate with the game server (server disruption?)
the game server reporter itself as ffline
i´ll wait 30 seconds and try again

I tried deleting account from the bot but nothing works.

The same thing happens to me and even without having the hellevator it says the same thing every 30 seconds... The others are fine, but one stopped working days ago.

PD: Well it seems so, minutes later it started working. Thanks!
